We love our shoes and we want you to love your shoes too. If you are unhappy with your purchase or your item(s) are faulty, please let us know. We are happy to offer an exchange, store credit or cash refund - it's completely up to you :) 

Things to remember:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to discuss a return.
  • You are responsible for sending item(s) back to us. We strongly recommend you track the item(s) as we do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen item(s). 
  • Shipping fee is non-refundable. Reason being we've paid & used the shipping services already to get the shoes out to you. 
  • Shoes and packaging MUST be returned in original condition unmarked and unworn - NO EXCEPTIONS. 
  • Once item(s) is received at our warehouse, please allow 24 hours to process. 
  • A small restocking fee of 10% applies to all cash refunds. 
  • Cash refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to pay for item(s).
  • Refunds take 3 - 5 working days to show up into bank account - depending on your bank.
