Description / Shoe Specs

Upper - Two tone white & silver leather. Kid skin lining. Very soft feel on your foot. 

Footbed - Triple layer padding system with an extra focus on the ball of your foot and your heel. Giving you comfort and pain free feet all day long. 

Outer sole - Made of rubber. Fun fact: Rubber soles can be replaced at any local shoe repair place to prolong the life of your shoes. Non slip. 

Heel - 2cm heel. Made of ABS, material also used in construction so very durable & stable. 

Wide fitting. Check sizing chart below for correct size.

    Are these wide fitting?

    Yes Oshyns's are true to size. She also comes in half sizes. 

    Will I be able to exchange if I get the sizing wrong? 

    Yes we offer 14 day exchange / returns on all our shoes. Please refer to our returns policy for more information. 

    Can I get a refund if I get wrong size and then there's no sizes left to exchange?

    How long does shipping take?

    Shipping is usually 3 - 7 days depending on the country. All shoes are shipped on express shipping.

    Can we exchange or return if the shoes don't fit?

    Yes you can. Provided shoes are in the exact same condition they were sent out e.g. brand new, unworn. We will not accept worn shoes. We have a returns portal you can use should you need to exchange or return.

    Is there an option to pick up shoes?

    If you live in Brisbane, yes. Please contact us prior to making an order so we can arrange this so you don't need to pay for shipping.
